Late-onset Becker-type muscular dystrophy in a Border terrier dog

This study describes a late-onset muscular dystrophy in a Border terrier, a rare canine dystrophinopathy similar to Becker muscular dystrophy in humans. Mildly elevated creatine kinase and late onset do not rule out muscular dystrophy in dogs.
