Sequential detection of antigens in Western blots with differently colored products
Analytical Biochemistry
|February 1, 1986
Abstract:
A reliable sequential application of peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase-conjugated second antibodies to detection of two different antigens in Western blots is described. Deposits of differently colored products formed allow identification of several antigens on a single blot.
