Effect of Helmet Use on Traumatic Brain Injuries and Other Head Injuries in Alpine Sport

Sport helmets reduce the risk of head injuries in alpine sports. However, this study found no significant effect of helmets on preventing traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), particularly concussions.
