A new SPECT/CT reconstruction algorithm: reliability and accuracy in clinical routine for non-oncologic bone diseases

The new xSPECT Bone® (xB) reconstruction algorithm demonstrated reliable diagnostic accuracy for bone hybrid imaging (SPECT/CT), comparable to Flash 3D® (F3D)/CT. Both methods showed high inter-observer agreement in clinical routine.

- xB/CT offers high inter-observer agreement, comparable to F3D/CT.
- Diagnostic confidence with xB/CT is similar to that of F3D/CT in routine clinical settings.
