Pars plana vitrectomy is a common ophthalmic procedure.
Dissecting the posterior hyaloid can be challenging, especially for less experienced surgeons.

Purpose of the Study:

To introduce an easy surgical technique using blue dye for posterior hyaloid dissection during pars plana vitrectomy.
To demonstrate the utility of Dual-Blue stain in visualizing and dissecting the posterior hyaloid.
