Interference screw insertion angle has no effect on graft fixation strength for insertional Achilles tendon

The angle of interference screw insertion for insertional Achilles tendon (IAT) reconstruction does not impact biomechanical properties. Surgeons can select the insertion angle for IAT repair based on their preference.
