Therapeutic lymphangiography for traumatic chylothorax

Traumatic chylothorax, a difficult condition, was effectively managed with intranodal lymphangiography using an oil contrast agent. This minimally invasive approach significantly reduced chylous fluid, offering a new treatment option.

- Intranodal lymphangiography with oil contrast represents a promising, less invasive therapeutic option for managing challenging chylothorax cases.
- This technique may offer an alternative to more aggressive surgical interventions.
