Anterior crown fractures, common in young individuals, present restorative challenges.
Complicated fractures require immediate restoration of function, esthetics, and phonetics.

Observation:

This article details the management of complicated crown fractures in adult patients.
Successful treatment involved endodontic therapy followed by fragment reattachment.

Findings:

The patient's own fractured tooth fragment was used for restoration.
Circumferential beveling and internal groove placement enhanced fragment adhesion.
Glass fiber posts were utilized for fragment stabilization and support.

Implications:

Fragment reattachment offers a viable, esthetic, and long-lasting restorative solution.
This technique preserves natural tooth morphology, color, and texture.
Improved adhesion techniques contribute to successful long-term outcomes in dental trauma management.
