Rhinoorbitocerebral Mucormycosis with Maggots in a Neglected Diabetic Patient

This case report details a rare, life-threatening rhinoorbitocerebral mucormycosis infection in a diabetic ketoacidosis patient. The fungal infection was complicated by secondary maggot infestation, leading to severe metabolic issues.
