Infant Hospitalizations and Mortality After Maternal Vaccination

Maternal influenza and tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria toxoid, and acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccinations during pregnancy showed no increased risk of infant hospitalization or death in the first six months of life. These findings support current vaccination guidelines for expectant mothers.
