Unexpected Long Lower Limb in Patients with Unilateral Hip Dislocation

Patients with unilateral developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH) often have lower-limb-length discrepancy (LLD) due to increased tibial length, not femoral length. Pelvic radiographs are unreliable for predicting LLD in these cases.
