ChREBP Rather Than SHP Regulates Hepatic VLDL Secretion

Carbohydrate response element binding protein (ChREBP) primarily regulates very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) secretion by controlling Mttp expression. Small heterodimer partner (SHP) has a minimal role in this process.
