Abstract:
This report is based on a 3 month study visit to the United States undertaken in the summer of 1985 and sponsored by the Kodak Travel Scholarship. The current attitudes and trends in the investigation of patients with sciatica and low back pain syndromes will be discussed, with a particular emphasis on high resolution computed tomography of the lumbar spine.
