Novel Drugs Implicated in Pigmented Purpuric Dermatoses

Two women developed pigmented purpuric dermatoses (PPDs) after taking an iodine supplement and pegaptanib. These cases highlight the need to consider diverse medications, including supplements and eye injections, in PPD diagnosis.
