  • The patient regained independence in daily activities like eating, dressing, and driving.
  • Intrinsic hand musculature demonstrated electrical activity post-transplantation.

  • Complex surgical techniques, including glenohumeral joint and nerve repairs, yield positive results.
  • Successful immunosuppression management is crucial for long-term graft survival and function.
