XPlex: An Effective, Multiplex Cross-Linking Chemistry for Acidic Residues

We developed XPlex, a novel multiplex chemistry for cross-linking/mass spectrometry (XLMS) that targets more amino acids. This method significantly increases obtainable cross-links, expanding structural proteomics capabilities beyond traditional NHS esters.
