Maternal Physical Activity Is Associated With Improved Blood Pressure Regulation During Late Pregnancy

Increased moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) during pregnancy is linked to better cardiovagal baroreflex gain (cBRG), which helps buffer blood pressure swings. Sedentary behavior showed no significant impact on cBRG.
