Association between sperm mitochondrial ND2 gene variants and total fertilization failure

Sperm mitochondrial ND2 (MT-ND2) gene variants were not found to be associated with total fertilization failure (TFF) in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles. This study suggests MT-ND2 variants do not significantly impact fertilization outcomes in the Han Chinese population.
