DOI: 10.1177/1352458517745725 In this article, 'Intraclass Correlation Coefficient' appeared incorrectly as 'Interclass Correlation Coefficient' on two occasions, once on line eight of the abstract and once on page four, on the first line of paragraph two. This error has now been corrected in the online version of the article.
