Arthrogryposis-renal dysfunction-cholestasis syndrome (ARC) is a rare genetic disorder. This study identifies a new homozygous mutation in the VPS33B gene causing ARC syndrome in a newborn.

  • Mutations in the vacuolar protein sorting 33B (VPS33B) gene are the primary cause of ARC syndrome.
