Genetic and Virulent Difference Between Pigmented and Non-pigmented Staphylococcus aureus

This study investigated Staphylococcus aureus pigment production and virulence. Non-pigmented S. aureus and S. argenteus strains showed similar virulence to pigmented strains in mice, suggesting no significant differences.
