Predicting Surgical Success in Patients with Idiopathic Epiretinal Membrane Using the Spectral-Domain Optical

Idiopathic epiretinal membrane (ERM) surgery outcomes depend on preoperative retinal morphology. Patients with higher retinal volume and nerve fiber layer thickness benefit most from ERM peeling, improving visual acuity.
