Are Radiographic and Direct Measures of Acetabular Polyethylene Wear Comparable?

Direct measurements of polyethylene acetabular liner wear correlate well with the computerized Hip Analysis Suite (HAS) method, especially when comparing maximum wear. A single prerevision radiograph is sufficient for assessing in vivo wear.
