Decompressive Medial Cuneiform Exostectomy for Resistant Tibialis Anterior Insertional Tendinopathy

This study shows that combining medial cuneiform decompression with tibialis anterior tendon debridement effectively treats recalcitrant insertional tendinopathy. Patients experienced significant pain reduction and improved function after this surgical intervention.
