Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) arises from clonal hematopoiesis. Genetic analysis reveals mutations in TET2 and SRSF2 in non-tumor cells, with additional mutations in TET2 and NPM1 acquired in tumor cells.
