Single-Center Experience Using Marginal Liver Grafts in Korea

Utilizing marginal donor livers for liver transplantation (LT) resulted in lower patient and graft survival rates. Graft steatosis exceeding 30% was a significant independent predictor of worse outcomes in these liver transplant recipients.
