Electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy (ENB) under intravenous sedation (IVS) offers comparable diagnostic yield to general anesthesia (GA) but is technically challenging. This review details techniques to enhance safety and effectiveness of ENB with IVS for pulmonary nodule diagnosis.
