Differentiation between malignant and benign musculoskeletal tumors using diffusion kurtosis imaging

Diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) and minimum apparent diffusion coefficient (ADCmin) effectively differentiate benign from malignant musculoskeletal tumors. Both parameters demonstrated high diagnostic accuracy, with mean kurtosis (MK) values correlating strongly with ADCmin.
