    • The procedure included surgical recontouring followed by intralesional corticosteroid injections.
    • Triamcinolone acetonide with bupivacaine was administered over eight sessions.

    Findings:

    • The modified technique was successfully performed with no surgical or postoperative complications.
    • A 3-year follow-up demonstrated excellent anatomical preservation.
    • No signs of recurrence were observed, indicating treatment efficacy.
