Ictal and interictal electric source imaging in pre-surgical evaluation: a prospective study

Electric source imaging (ESI) for localizing epileptic foci in drug-resistant epilepsy is feasible for both interictal (II) and ictal (IC) discharges. Accuracy of ESI is comparable to conventional neuroimaging, aiding surgical decisions.
