Chemistry is the study of matter and the changes it undergoes. Matter is anything that has mass and occupies space. Matter is all around us; the air, water, soil, mountains, even our bodies are all examples of matter. Matter is divided into three states — solid, liquid, and gas — that are commonly found on earth. The fourth state of matter, plasma, occurs naturally in the interiors of stars.

Purpose of the Study:

To explore professionalism in practicing internal medicine physicians within their daily practice.
To highlight how typical experiences foster positive, often overlooked, professional conduct.
To offer insights beyond traditional remediation and lapses perspectives.

Main Methods:

In-depth interviews were conducted with 13 physicians.
Grounded theory approach was used for data collection and analysis.
Explored physicians' most meaningful experiences of professionalism.

Physicians feel most professional when connecting with patients and colleagues.
