Summary

The fraction of exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) test and mannitol bronchial provocation test (BPT) can predict exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB) in children with asthma. The FeNO test is a simpler, safer alternative for diagnosing EIB.
