Summary

Doravirine (DOR), a new nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI), offers effective first-line HIV treatment. It demonstrates strong antiviral activity, a favorable safety profile compared to efavirenz (EFV), and convenient dosing.
