Criteria to Classify Children as Having Auditory Processing Disorders

This study proposes diagnostic criteria for auditory processing disorder (APD) in children. A criterion of 2 SDs below the mean is suggested for APD diagnosis if a child fails one test, and 1 SD if they fail multiple tests.
