Primary adrenal lymphoma, often diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), is rare. Most cases are the non-germinal center B-cell-like subtype, showing high proliferation and a poor prognosis.

- These tumors are associated with a poor prognosis, necessitating further research into treatment strategies.
