Cutaneous Basal Cell Carcinoma with Lymph Node and Pulmonary Metastases

Metastatic basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is rare. A patient with advanced BCC and metastases experienced only a brief remission with vismodegib, a hedgehog inhibitor, and ultimately succumbed to the disease.
