Disease-modifying therapy (DMT) may benefit people with progressive multiple sclerosis (pwPMS). Subcutaneous cladribine showed reduced neurofilament light chain (NfL) levels and disease activity in two pwPMS, suggesting cladribine as a potential treatment option.
