Background:

Traumatic testis dislocation is a rare injury typically resulting from direct scrotal impact.
Automotive accidents are a common cause, as highlighted in this case of bilateral dislocation.

Observation:

This case involved a delayed diagnosis of bilateral testicular dislocation nearly a year after a motorcycle accident.
Diagnosis can be achieved through physical examination and Doppler ultrasound, yet late detection remains a concern.

Findings:

Despite the delayed diagnosis, preservation of spermatogenesis is possible even after late surgical correction.
Manual reduction is an option, but surgical correction is often required for traumatic testis dislocation.

Implications:

Complete physical examination of polytrauma patients is essential for early detection of testicular dislocation.
Timely intervention is vital to prevent long-term consequences such as infertility, endocrine dysfunction, and potential malignancy.
