Summary:
We present MIDORI server, a user-friendly web platform that uses a curated reference dataset, MIDORI, for high throughput taxonomic classification of unknown metazoan mitochondrial-encoded gene sequences. Currently three methods of taxonomic assignments: RDP Classifier, SPINGO and SINTAX, are implemented.
