Does adding an instrument after root preparation with Reciproc® R25 increase bacterial reduction?

This study compared bacterial reduction in root canals using Reciproc R25 and Reciproc R25 with Mtwo 40.04. Both methods effectively reduced Enterococcus faecalis, with no significant difference in decontamination capability.
