Background:

Palmoplantar keratodermas (PPKs) are a group of rare genetic skin disorders.
PPKs manifest as abnormal skin thickening on the palms and soles.
Ocular findings like scleral melanosis and congenital cataracts are known associations.

A patient with a known diagnosis of Palmoplantar Keratoderma presented for evaluation.
The patient exhibited symptoms and signs indicative of keratoconus affecting both eyes.
