Postoperative growth hormone dynamics in clinically nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma

Growth hormone deficiency (GHD) after surgery for non-functioning pituitary adenoma (NFPA) often resolves within 1-2 years, particularly in younger patients. Reassessment using GH-releasing peptide-2 (GHRP2) testing is recommended.
