    Abstract:

    A patient with small-cell carcinoma of the prostate is described. The patient's clinical course and the tumor's pattern of metastases were similar to those seen in small-cell carcinoma of the lung. There was a complete, though brief, remission on chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride (Adriamycin), and vincristine.
