High-grade rotatory knee laxity may be predictable in ACL injuries

Lateral compartment acceleration and translation are moderately correlated in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)-injured knees. This correlation is strongest in males with combined ACL and lateral meniscus tears, suggesting higher rotatory knee laxity.
