Clear cell renal cell carcinoma: identifying PTEN expression on multiphasic MDCT

Multiphasic MDCT enhancement profiles can help identify PTEN expression in clear cell renal cell carcinomas (ccRCCs). PTEN-negative ccRCCs showed significantly greater corticomedullary phase attenuation, aiding in PTEN status assessment.
