Development of Orodispersible Films Containing Benzydamine Hydrochloride Using a Modified Solvent Casting Method

This study developed benzydamine hydrochloride orodispersible films using a modified solvent casting method. Lower dextrose equivalent maltodextrins and xylitol plasticization resulted in films with improved mechanical properties and faster disintegration.
