Morphogenetic Variability and Hypertension in Ischemic Stroke Patients-Preliminary Study.

Patients with ischemic stroke show increased recessive homozygosity and decreased genetic variability compared to healthy individuals. This difference was particularly pronounced in stroke patients without hypertension.
