Fosfomycin Etest for Enterobacteriaceae: Interobserver and interlaboratory agreement.

Fosfomycin Etest susceptibility testing showed low interlaboratory agreement for extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Enterobacteriaceae. Ignoring macrocolonies improved agreement, suggesting a need for standardized interpretation to ensure reliable clinical results.

- Agreement was better for *Escherichia coli* compared to other species.
- Standardized interpretation, specifically ignoring macrocolonies and haze, is recommended to improve fosfomycin Etest reliability.
