Integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) did not significantly improve treatment outcomes for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Both ACT + ERP and ERP showed similar effectiveness in reducing OCD symptoms.
