Three eco-friendly spectrofluorimetric methods were developed for analyzing codeine (COD) with ibuprofen (IBU) or phenylephrine hydrochloride (PE) without prior separation. These green analytical methods offer high sensitivity and accuracy for pharmaceutical formulations.
